Aviary
Our Activities
Department develops an activity program for each individual based on each
person's individual needs and preferences. Activities include dances with
live music, birthday
parties, weekly Bingo games and baking, movies, and book
reviews. Community groups visit and entertain Residents
regularly. Weekly Religious Services are conducted by local clergy
persons. The Health Care Center Van enables Residents to go on frequent
outings including fishing trips, shopping trips, sight seeing to areas
of beautiful scenery, and everyone's favorite
going out to eat at area restaurants. A large conference area is available
for individual Resident Family Parties and get-togethers.

In May we celebrated National Nursing Facility Week
Thanks to the 3rd graders for their winning posters. Congratulations!
The Spring Valley Health Care Center has recently purchased a new bird
aviary.
A special "Thank You" goes to the Spring Valley Lions Club for donating
towards the purchase of the aviary. Thank you to everyone who helped
make this purchase possible. It's so beautiful.
